TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Track
An Indemnity Bond has to be signed by every rider, the Indemnity Bond is valid for one year period. This is mandatory legal documentation as per track owners (LG Sports / MMRT) . Riders have to provide one passport size photograph with the duly signed Indemnity Bond. For riders below 18 years the respective guardian has to sign.
Photography / Videography is strictly prohibited for all students / Visitors including use of “Gopro” or similar devices. Use of “Gopro” or similar devices is permitted to open track session riders. In case of non compliance the camera memory card or film roll will be confiscated immediately.
Visitors entry is restricted, Students accompanied by visitor are required to acquire a Visitor Pass from Apex Racing Academy at the time of Registrations. Only a LIMITED no of Visitors will be entertained.
Consumption of alcohol at the venue is strictly prohibited. Anyone found in violation will be escorted outside the track.Smoking is permitted only in designated smoking area.
Decision of officials from Apex Racing Academy / LG Sports / MMRT are final. Any non compliant student / Visitor / Participants will have to leave the track immediately. NO EXCEPTION would be made in regard to violation of above terms and Conditions
Academy
Fee
Includes :Training fee, Track fee for 2 days and 2 Lunch (At Track)
Note : All OTHER Personal expenses to be taken care by the Participant.
Does not include : Accommodation,Personal expenses, Transportation of yourself to Coimbatore & Transportation Of Bikes.
Open Track Session
Includes : Track Time & Lunch on all days.
Does not include : Accommodation, Personal Expenses, Transportation of yourself to Coimbatore & Transportation Of Bikes.
Rentals Services
Bike Rental
Includes : A completely serviced R15 with Fuel & Technical Support.
Does not include : Spares, Damages & repairs.
All Damages will be charged as per actual + Technical Charges. All payments with respect to damages have to be cleared via cash at the garage immediately failing which the bike will not be handed over back to the rider.
A refundable CAUTION DEPOSIT of five thousand (Rs 5000) in cash or via bank transfer to be paid at registration desk amount will be refunded after DEDUCTIONS(damages) if any,.
Riding Gear Rentals
Full Leathers (Race suit)
Leathers(Multiple Brands) will be provided at the venue and the participant is accountable for it during the duration of use. In case of ANY DAMAGES, the amount payable is rupees three thousand (Rs 3000) per damage, which is to be paid before re-entering the track
Boots
The boots(Multiple Brands) will be provided at the venue and the participant is accountable for the entire duration of hiring.
In the case of In case of ANY DAMAGES, the amount payable is rupees one thousand (Rs 1000) per damage, which is to be paid before re-entering the track
Racing Gloves – Full Gauntlet
The gloves will be provided at the Venue and the participant is accountable for it during the duration of use. In case of ANY DAMAGES, he/she will have to purchase the glove (Rs 2600), which is to be paid at the venue.
Racing Helmets Helmet will not be available at the venue
Refund Policy
NO REFUND due to act of nature or Socio political conditions such as Rain / Dust storm / Bandh/ etc. In the case of cancellation by the Participant after Registration for ANY REASON(Personal/Others), he/she will not be eligible to receive any REFUND. 100% REFUND would be done in case of event cancellation.
