1. All riders / participants who intend to use the racing track have to execute an indemnity bond and collect their identity card.
2. Riders without their identity card will not be permitted to use the track.
3. The track officials can check possession of ID cards at any time if required.
4. All riders have to carry 2 recent passport size photographs.
5. The track officials will obtain necessary signatures from the riders to execute the bond.
6. The validity of the ID card and the indemnity bond is up to 31/12/2016.
7. Any Rider under the age of 18 to be accompanied by his/her parent/guardian or should produce a consent letter from his/her parent or guardian.
8. Valid original driving license to be produced.
